Directions
In a bowl, whisk together 2 Tbsp lime juice, 1 Tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp honey, ½ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp pepper; stir in 1 jalapeño (sliced). Divide 1 large bunch watercress, 1 Granny Smith apple (thinly sliced), 1 large kiwi (peeled and sliced), and 1 avocado (sliced) among plates. Sprinkle with 1 scallion (thinly sliced), then drizzle with vinaigrette.
