World Sickle Cell Day – June 19th, 2020

This World Sickle Cell Day, please join us in spreading awareness about the importance of giving blood to ensure there is sufficient supply for individuals living with Sickle Cell Disease (SCD). This issue is incredibly critical now given the decline in donations amid the pandemic. We are especially concerned about an adequate blood supply for individuals with SCD for whom transfusions are life-saving and prevent complications.
