February is Black History Month and in celebration, CU Anschutz students, trainees, staff, and faculty as well as *external community members are invited to join the Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement at our signature event, For the Culture: Celebrating Black History and Excellence.

Event Details

The event will be an open-house style, with a handful of scheduled activities.  Throughout the day there will be music, Black-owned food trucks, local vendors, and resource tables.

Program:

  • 11 a.m.: Black National Anthem
  • 12 p.m.: White Coats for Black Lives Keynote Speech
